1. Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. This is the time frame it takes for my suppliers to pack and ship the products to Uganda
2. Shipping rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping time is 7-10 business days. That's the time it takes for the products to reach Uganda.
Shipping is free within Kampala or the customer can pick the item at our office. A small fee will be charged for customers who want the item to be shipped outside Kampala.
3. Shipping Quality
We have one of the best shipping agents and couriers who handle all products will care. We also pre-check and pre-install the products before it is delivered to you assuring you get a defect-free delivery
